Our "state of the art", twin 1000 amp plasma facility can handle your one piece construction requirements from 4" square up to 136" x 330". With a cutting capacity exceeding 5" thick stainless, high definition through 2" and full CNC programability, if you can draw it, we can cut it.

Superior bevel and squareness along with accuracy and repeatability ensure there are no surprises when you integrate these parts into your finished assembly. Whether working from templates, drawings or directly from your CAD system's DXF files, we can generate custom CNC parts to your exact specifications. Our proprietary software uses a series of dynamic algorithms to optimize every aspect of the final program. These enhancements allow us to produce parts that were previously thought unsuitable for plasma cutting.

Rectangles

Shear, Mill or Saw Cut

For more accurate square and parallel edges, we offer shearing to 12' wide and 1/2" thick stainless. In heavier gauges or when you need a machined finish, try our milled edge rectangle products.

Shapes

Saw Cut

For other irregular shapes try our saw cut product. High speed friction saw cut shapes are quick and accurate. Ask for contour saw cut for materials over 3/4" thick or when you need a minimal heat affected area.

CNC Machined Products

Finish machined profiles are also no problem. Perimeter milling, drilling, tapping, counter bores, counter sinks and internal milled details are handled easily by our 3 axis CNC milling centers. Ask your sales partner about our tube sheet products.

Radial

Machined and Drilled

We offer a wide variety of radial plate products including AWWA standard or specialty hubless flanges available for quick turnaround. Since all of our radial products are made to order, you get exactly what you want, when you want it.
